Friday 23-08-19. I wanted to meet the nice lady because the tax office has transferred me less than half the money than the lady has expected. On the side is the open at 10 o'clock. I was there at 10 o'clock. No one there .. I have waited until 10:30 in front of the door .Nothing .I'm gone. Now is 11 o'clock. Always no one goes to the phone. And on the page is open. And no notes that are on vacation. Disrespectful the customer to whom should i turn now?
