Unfortunately, very mixed experiences. There are definitely employees who are willing to invest extra work and check a case again (many thanks to Ms. P.). However, it is difficult to reach someone by phone here, and if you then only get a "nice for you" pounded on the head when asked by a clerk who is responsible for you according to the tax assessment, that's more than outrageous and should be an absolute taboo in public service. I have also been waiting for my identification file for weeks now, but at the same time I receive reminders that I should submit my notifications ..... consultation is hardly possible due to the difficult availability mentioned.

Absolutely unfriendly employee (Nicole Büttner) in the headquarters. I've never been pampered like this for no reason. If you don't feel like making a phone call, you should probably apply for a job without customer contact.

So as you would expect from the tax office ... A kind old gentleman, actually. However, he doesn't really feel like helping you and tries to end the conversation as soon as possible.

The only solution: "privatize" I (not surprised) find no antithesis to my thesis.
