Great company sorted out my issue very professionaly

The software initially made a very good impression, but that was only the first 2 days of the test phase. The support answered relatively quickly and said anything is possible. For example, individual templates are possible, but then the software can no longer be used, or yes, if the invoices always fit on one page, otherwise the text overlaps the logo, etc ... the support could not help here.
Furthermore, recurring invoices and annual invoices are not possible. If you need this type of invoice, billomat is also not useful
In addition, an offer was made on the second day of the test phase, which was 50% below the normal price, unfortunately I fell for the offer afterwards.
On the fifth day I terminated in the test phase, I do not have a confirmation of the termination either, a refund of the annual amount was also not possible, as an accommodating thing ... the support no longer responds.
Overall a total letdown
Up until a few months ago I was very satisfied with Billomat and had been for about 10 years and would have given it 5 stars
However, the support has deteriorated recently.
Current tickets could now be resolved after escalating to the next level.
So now 3 stars.
There are 5 stars if the support level is back to the old level.
Billomat is great. I have been looking for a program that runs on several devices for a long time and then came across the subject of "cloud" and found Billomat. I found my way around pretty quickly, thanks to the great and quick help from the guys.
They say that what costs nothing is no good.
Billomat is well worth the money and you don't have to use an extraterrestrial hotline that is always manned.
I say "keep it up!"
