In general and in advance: Very nice and hard-working employees. Professional and mostly cheerful demeanor. Although you always have changing therapists, you are open to this, but that is not a problem. On the contrary! Since everyone has their own "handwriting", you can learn a lot and you get tips that you can use at home. A nice conversation is always possible. I would give 5 stars purely for the therapists. :) However, the big minus point is reception and understanding. At reception I was only able to receive friendliness once out of 5 times (up to 6 appointments). That's really a pity. Concerning understanding: Unfortunately, I was unable to keep my 6th appointment, which could not take place for private reasons, as neither the receptionist nor the owner were interested in it. The practice was happy to keep the full amount. No room for a little collision However, this is probably a problem that is now a social disease. Still, very disappointing !! That drives me to the thought, should I need physiotherapy again, I will only have to choose this practice as an emergency solution.

Very prudent osteoath! - Versed & well-founded, he determines the causes of the pain and steers his course which, ultimately, “dismisses” a grateful, not easy patient who is relieved of complaints. Top therapist who understands his craft👍🏻

Too bad the lady at the front desk unfortunately handled me very coldly and barely. Maybe had a bad day, but no reason to treat me as a new "customer" like that. My physiotherapist was nice and friendly. My advice that I already had 18 appointments physio and unfortunately did not receive any help for self-help (tips / exercises, which / which I can do myself for faster healing / improvement) but was only massaged was not taken into account. She massaged me and that was it .... Reception again, the remaining appointments released. Unfortunately we were treated very cold and repellent again. Then find another practice.
