Incredible like dealing with dissatisfied customers, the "lady" at the reception laughs at the customer and the boss next door says nothing. Never again

Was there yesterday as an "emergency patient" because I had extreme back pain (strain) and asked if I can be treated briefly or whether somebody could control. The disinterested lady at the front desk denied directly and they did not even take care of the problem, though the waiting room was completely empty. There were also no alternative suggestions made such as: I call you, if one Patient cancel, etc. So customer service here is zero. Coincides with the negative reviews in the other Locations. Therefore, to know well, where I will not go in the future or whom I recommend no further! Luckily, I quickly found help with the competition :)

The physiotherapists at Itanis are simply great. When my wife was a patient there I went along and I have to say that it is great. The therapists understand their profession and they are friendly and motivated. My wife felt very comfortable there. I can only recommend Itanis to everyone. Great.
