Unfortunately, I cannot join the previous speakers. We booked there twice and were not satisfied twice! From screwing up bookings, to lies regarding alleged attempts to contact to travel documents that were sent far too late. I can not recommend this travel agency in any way and will certainly not commission it a third time!
We have several times larger (USA) and smaller (Ireland) holidays booked there and were always satisfied. It was always very well organized and as discussed. You always get some good tips along the way. about things you can do. We will definately book again and can only recommend this travel agent.
Always friendly and competent advice from Ms. Pauli and her team! All vacations so far have been very relaxing and have met our expectations and in some places exceeded them! Thank you Ms. Pauli and team for always saying honestly if you want a few more euros for a successful holiday, not everyone does that!

We book our vacations for several years in the travel agency Pauli and were always very satisfied with the advice and planning. Even if the planning is a bit more difficult, there were always ways to realize the trips according to our wishes. (Even if it was very short-term 😅)
