In December 2019 I booked a trip (2 people Portugal). In June of this year an email came that the trip can be made with restrictions (mask requirement almost everywhere). I did not agree. After another email I was informed that I would get the deposit back after 40 days at the latest. After 1 week the money was in my account. Thanks for the quick processing.
