I ordered a rucksack on Friday and afternoon / evening and not even 3 days later it was there. The advice was really competent and the customer service was very friendly! I can only recommend it!

Great shop, incredibly nice and uncomplicated. Ordered a Carhartt sweater for my friend for Christmas - unfortunately it was a bit big (it turns out quite big, I think). Shipping super fast (1-2 days at most), easy refund, easy communication. Even advice on the phone. Really great. If we lived more close by, we might stop by (after Corona). :)

Thank you for the 5 star ratings, unfortunately only a very few, of the over 2500 satisfied buyers a year. And the 1 star ratings do not exist as customers or are simply unfair. Nevertheless we send 95% of all orders on the same day ....
