Mega friendly, great service!
Had bought bread boxes from Yumbox at a satchel fair - after a while the locking clip of both boxes was broken and we were all sad (children because of the beloved lunch boxes, I especially because of the price).
I then asked divata if I could buy it as a spare part there. And even though I hadn't bought the lunch boxes there, the nice ladies sent replacements very quickly - completely free of charge! It really doesn't get any better than this! Coming soon at divata!
Customer service ignores emails. If you do not want an answer, you're right. Again, I would not order.
