It is very annoying when you drive about 30 km each way and then get turned away at 5:59 pm. Despite prior agreement! (of course it is shortly before the shop closes and everyone should finish their work on time, but I think that if it has been agreed in advance you don't have to react like that)

Here you can not recommend buying, as the owner has no understanding of goodwill when returning non-functioning goods, although this is stated differently when selling. I have never seen anything like this in a shop.
