Today we looked around for furniture and we had a very nice advisor, with whom we absolutely had such a good feeling that it was not important to him that sales are generated, but that we enjoy the furniture, he asked questions the conditions of how the furniture in its packaging size can be transported into the house and and and. You don't find such a nice encounter with a salesperson everywhere anymore. We asked him for his name, but I don't know exactly, is his name Mr. Strecker or Streckler ????? We have often bought from the furniture pirates in Eisenach and were always satisfied with the service and the goods. Today we found the encounter particularly nice, so we would like to give a rating.

Quaint furniture market, with good advice, a large selection of furniture and lots of decorative items. Here you can get some bargains.

Rude staff. You are simply brushed off with the statement that you should go to the lawyer. Service is not very important. So you can not win customers and it is not recommended to buy there.

Advice was fine, the seller was very nice even with a return. However, as a customer (from a salesperson), I think it has to be said under all cannons: measuring is probably not their strength, is it? If they were skilled at hand, they can cut it short. I work in the retail trade myself and find that statement is not correct!
