After the reopening, the branch looks much brighter and friendlier. Staff always competent and friendly. If there are a lot of customers in the store, it goes in turn and you can tell that the employees work well as a team. While one is being cashed in, someone else fetches the goods or you can get them at the goods issue. In the case of heavy or unwieldy goods, you touch, great service! Large and varied selection. Nothing is gossiped here that you don't need, but rather interested inquiries and competent advice! First point of contact for us. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Positive: I've been shopping at the store a lot lately. Without question, this is a very nice branch. It's bright, neat, and clean. I received competent and extensive advice from their staff. My individual needs were always taken into account. A new duvet, pillow, bed linen, accessories and a few little things ended up in the shopping basket. I was positively surprised by your offer and will definitely be back again. Now for the negative: I am certainly not old-fashioned, but I found it highly inappropriate to be said goodbye to your employee (blonde, very strong, glasses, unkempt beard) after the payment process with the words: "Yo, Ciao". The young man can enjoy the language of young people in his spare time, but in my opinion, as an employee of a specialist store, such an expression is not appropriate. Her employee's work clothes also left a lot to be desired. The jeans hung at half past seven, which I found repulsive.

I cannot agree with the previous review in any way. I was also in this branch with my 1-year-old daughter with a basket from the adjacent shopping center and was kindly advised that I should put another basket of the branch in the basket so that the number of customers can be checked. Personally, I don't find that bad at all, because there are guidelines that have to be implemented. Advice on mattresses was also extensive and friendly! Here the hygiene requirements will be met very well and the employees will do their best. KEEP IT UP!
