The service is great. Despite Corona closure, everything was made possible to get our order ready by phone so that it could be made immediately when production started. The colleagues always tried to take all wishes into account with the various deliveries. Even in the event of complaints, everything was processed proactively and with foresight. We are very satisfied and can warmly recommend Opti Wohnwelt. Keep it up!

The offer is good. Price level is also good. Unfortunately we did not receive any service in about 45 minutes. A probably trainee was sitting at his desk and was bored. I had the impression that advice might have to be registered in advance.

Great experience. Have been shopping there for years. The apprentices are also actively involved in sales and advice. I also think it's good that you can take a look around first, without trying to tie a sales pitch to your leg immediately. The quality is also top in most cases.
