As I grew up in that restaurant I will leave an absolutely objective assessment: After traveling around Europe, getting to know cultures and trying out different kinds of food, I need to say that this place has unique flavors that I really miss when I am not in Nürnberg. Foremost the Rinderroulade.. I have been trying it several times and in the best German places in Berlin and elsewhere, but non of them was better than Rosenhof's.
