Got my Mercedes sealed there with Mike Sanders products. Unfortunately I had to find out that the subfloor and many other places have not been adequately treated. From the photos you can see that the side skirts could not be removed, I got the answer that the clips would break off ... I actually didn't think that there are no more clips to buy anywhere in the world ... Fertan treatment for which I was billed was not given. I was there twice with the vehicle and asked for improvements. The vehicle wasn't even checked, I was told that they didn't know what kind of agreements were made about the work on the vehicle, the employee in charge on vacation, the other at the doctor, etc. I paid a lot of money for inferior work. I feel ripped off and would definitely not recommend the dealership to others. Addendum from November 12th, 2020, so far no reaction or feedback, that shows that one would rather live with a bad rating than take responsibility ... Honestly, that makes me speechless, this company will never again .. . In the meantime I have had my Mercedes CLK350 repaired at a real specialist in the Coesfeld district!
