Terrible experience!! If I could give it a negative review (-stars) I would. Never thought that I would have a desire to write a bad review about a store. I had an awful experience at that store. This store does not function only as a store, but also as DHL Filial. We have bought cake there with my friend and it did not taste well, it was super dry. Once I have observed a scene where a guy bought 2 cokes and a woman could not give him change and open a cash register for 20minutes. Every time that I came to give back my DHL package I always had to wait min for 5-15min, while no one was in the store (I have no problem waiting when there are people). I was just ignored! The last time when I came to the store not only was I ignored while there were no customers, but when I package was finally scanned, the lady left and started doing something (making herself some tea) else and did not give me my receipt. After waiting another 5 min, I said to her politely, if she can give me my receipt and she was incredibly rude and said "It is not a post office, it is a store. You are taking up my precious time. Time is money. " and many other things including "Do not come again." And threw me out of the store and closed the door behind me. That level of disrespect I have never seen in my life. I cannot recommend this store. Do not waste your time unless you want to get a overprices subpar food while being disrespected.

Great place, the food is varied, quality, tasty. Russian cuisine is excellent, decent. Prices are not high.

Cake is incomparably delicious; however, packages are not accepted; even though it's an official DHL parcel shop. You should consider in advance whether you want to run DHL on the side or not. Scares off customers - too bad!

Delicious aromatic coffee, great choux. Honey cake on the level, and delicious cakes. For kids there is a small corner.

Disaster ... I've bought a Quark bag for a few weeks there .... and unfortunately only at home I noticed that the inside was absolutely moldy. So fresh is something else.
