I have had my tax return prepared here since 2017. The first year everything went smoothly, and problems started in 2018. A tax return prepared in February was only sent to the tax office 1 full year later. The same answer every time to several questions: it's up to the tax office, the tax return is long gone, who do you believe more: the tax office or us. After I called the tax office after 8 months, I was informed that there was still no receipt. When asked by Mr. Schmitz, the answer was: cannot be. After waiting another 6 weeks, I switched tax advisor. When my files were made available to him, it turned out that the declaration was sent, precisely on the day the new advisor asked for the files! The documents lay in a drawer for more than 1 year and after more than 6 phone calls I was brazenly lied to. I can advise against anyone who is even remotely considering having their tax return done here. It's unbelievable how you deal with customers! Furthermore, the Google page was re-created to delete old bad reviews.

Absolutely not to be recommended! I was lied to several times about the current status of my wage tax declaration and several letters from the tax office were simply ignored. I then got in touch with the tax office myself and clarified everything. The consultant also dozed off in his office chair during the appointment. The peak of insolence was when I confronted him that I was expelled from the office and should look for a new payroll tax advisor! Unfortunately, a telephone complaint to the wage and income tax help ring did not help either. It's a shame that you treat your clients that way.
