Great approach a fast service. Always recommended.
Extremely disappointed. First, I couldn’t pick up a car using the SIXT app. Second, the man in the counter suggested a completely wrong model of car due to a non-existing model booked. Third, same man in the counter blocked my credit card as he booked 4 times the security deposit - no apologies received whatsoever. Fifth, I was charged in 2 different credit cards. Sixth, I was told I wouldn’t have any more charges, they charge me more than they said. Really disappointed!
They were very helpful amd got me my car immediately and even sat there and went thru every option to pls me. A good team for sure. Also they spoke English and since I’m American that helped me out a lot.
