Europcar Stolberg

Great car rental, nice staff and very competent. The cars are also great. At the moment (because of Corona) only one customer with a mask is allowed to enter the office. The opening times have changed.

I always get my rental car here! The staff are very friendly and helpful if you have any questions!

Ladies and gentlemen in Stolberg are super nice. You get top advice. I always like to lend me a car there. Whether it's a van or a car, the cooperation with Europcar is simply unbeatable!

So I ordered a rental car 3 weeks in advance and should pick it up on a Friday at 6:00 p.m. I was of course 10 minutes earlier no one was there, someone in the office also knocked more often but the employee just pretended to hear me, I called europcar at 18:15, I should wait 10 minutes, and then someone should come, I then called again at 18:45 because a woman on the phone said I should come back tomorrow, was annoyed and asked if it was there was no other solution, then at the end of the day I was able to drive to aacen brand 1 hour later because the rental car was 20 € more expensive, sad, so only 1 star.
