Pick up in the DB Travel Center. There are no indications that you get the keys there. Simply pull a waiting seat for 1st class and pick up the car at the DB counter. Everything was not solved so clearly. But in the end I got the car.

There is no Europcar agency, you have to queue like buy a DB train ticket. No service or help in case of problem. Our car had a problem (permanent warning sound) and we had to stop at the Europcar Bunderstrasse to try to solve this problem, but the employee could not solve it. It was not until the Bayreuth Europcar agency to find an employee who finds it useful to lift the hood of the car and fix the problem.

Hand in car: parking garage directly to the left of the train station. Access is currently also possible via construction site (04.18) from the main street in front of the train station but is difficult to see. Looks like a construction site entrance. Simply park your car in the parking garage. As of 04.18, there are no extra parking spaces for rental cars because the basement is closed. So park somewhere in the parking garage. Key delivery: takes place in the station at the travel center of the Deutsche Bahn. There is no Europcar station in the station. A cheek that you will not find this information anywhere!
