Great Service and super friendly staff
The service on the day of collection (18/07/20) was okay. The reserved car was not available. Therefore I received a supposedly better (and thus more expensive) car for the same price, but Sixt charged more and to get feedback to correct this has not been possible so far.
I was sold a very expensive insurance coverage as being the only one available. At the end I got too many extra mileages billed.
I had booked a s class ( Mercedes benz ) from two weeks ago but they gave me bmw instead..I was satisfied with everything but my only reason was David who worked there .
Because he helped me and guided me to have the car that I really needed next time..
Arrived in Nuremberg after a flight delay and found out that Sixt had cancelled our reservation, and given away our rental car, as we were late to pick up the vehicle. The attendant showed no remorse, compassion, or understanding. She just wanted to charge us twice what we had originally reserved the vehicle for. She was combative and very rude. We had no way of getting in touch with the company to let them know we were going to be late as we were flying. I would not recommend Sixt for car rentals if that’s how they are going to treat their customers.
