Very nice and helpful staff, no matter how often they are "disturbed" for the same question. They explain it 100 more times and always remain nice to their customers. Business is always kept tidy and always beautifully decorated for every suitable session. The promotional goods are always well presented.

Inept sales force, very rude and unhelpful. When asked about a product, they are told not to sell it. Since my friend knew that they were selling it, she went back a short time later and got the product. She drew the staff's attention to this and only got an unfriendly answer.

Also a good market. Also has almost everything you need for yourself and at home. Good competition to Rossmann.

Lately the range policy has been rather negative. Needed a balea deodorant for men today. Not a single one on the shelf, just the expensive brands. Staff was probably in the warehouse, but could not unpack quickly. The friendliness doesn't help me either. The shop was better.
