I always loved going there after the opening, the staff was friendly and helpful. I recently had an unpleasant incident and since then I have avoided shopping there.

Insensitive handling of customers in times of crisis. Shopping for old relatives (mother) is not accepted. Stupid saying, like, "yes, then you have to share" comes across quite outrageously. Before that, however, earned mega on the hamster buyers. This is not customer service.

Very clean, bright and well-stocked shop.
