Very friendly, knowledge, cosy atmosphere, and good quality.
We always look forward to shopping in the wine shop because the customer is really treated like royalty there. Ms. Dittmar and Mr. Müllmann are always in a good mood and take an extraordinary amount of time for very competent advice. And the icing on the cake is that the valuable and very good-tasting wines are brought into the trunk.
That is real customer service.
