The owner does not stick to his expressly stated agreements. He then pushes the blame on to the customer. Customer-friendly is definitely different. Is not recommended!

This company and its owner are just underground. The promised cleaning of the grave stone was not done until the agreed date (urn burial) and therefore canceled by me again. The affixing of the inscriptions (agreed period about 8-12 weeks) is only after 6 months and only after explicit written request. Other agreements (straightening earlier, sloppily applied labels) were also not respected. Invoicing takes place all the more promptly, and before time is to check the execution of the work, even after 10 days, a reminder comes after. Curiously enough, after the inscription had been inscribed, a glass of grave light was suddenly broken ... In a sensitive field of work one can expect a different way of dealing with grieving relatives. I am shocked and angry. Absolutely not recommended.
