I had contacted the company because my balcony had to be replaced. Mr. Jansen recorded all the data during a visit on site. He told me that I had to wait 3 weeks for the finished offer. After three weeks I had unfortunately not received an offer, not even after four weeks. After 5 weeks I got in touch by phone and received the information that there was a lot to do on large construction sites and that I had to wait another two weeks for my offer. That was 7 weeks ago, I never received an offer. This behavior is a cheek. If there is not enough capacity to work on a normal house due to large construction sites, this must be communicated and the customer must not be held forever. Another company has the order.
