Unfreundlich hoch 10, am Telefon wirkt er als hätte er es gar nicht nötig transporter zu vermieten. Keinen Funken Kundenservice zu erkennen. Bin zu einem anderen gegangen, super freundlich und entspannt! - >Authaus am Blaufuß, falls ihr noch was günstiges Gutes sucht 👍

Everything is wonderful. Sprinter was clean and in good condition. I find the prices in comparison with the surrounding providers in order. For me, the price was also clearly communicated and there were no misunderstandings.

Fast, friendly and uncomplicated, even if not really cheap compared to the big providers. Still 5 stars ...

I am disappointed with the business conduct of the car rental company Voss-Wemhoff, Wesel: On Wednesdays I had asked by telephone about the conditions for the hourly rental of a Sprinter to transport furniture from OB to WES on Saturdays. Price information by phone from the boss on Wednesdays was: 15, - € / hour. or € 55 per day (24 hours) each plus € 0.33 / km plus 19% VAT. So far so good. Orally arranged the sprinter for pickup on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. On Saturday morning at the handover, the boss then says that the € 55 does not apply on weekends. The rent is 95, - € / 24 hours. Protest and reference to the phone call and the pre-order, which indicated that it was Saturday, was ignored with a shrug. The boss commented with: "Do you want the vehicle now or not". My pick-up date at the furniture store was fixed there, so I was forced to accept everything. Conclusion: It is an unacceptable business practice. May it help others make a decision. In any case, I will no longer rent a vehicle there and will not make any recommendations.

Never lease more vans from Voss, that's a fact !!!! Paying 106 € for 2 hours topped everything I thought !!! I would not have expected such a dubious thing here in Wesel !!! I would have preferred to borrow a donkey and put up with the circumstances rather than with neck cutters like Voss !!!
