I went here for a car wash in early November. I wanted to treat my car to the expensive laundry for 15 €, but unfortunately that was probably nothing. After the car came out of the street not clean in places and on top of that completely wet, I complained to the staff. The lady took photos and noted the address and telephone number because the boss was not there. He should then call me back. Most of the time there is a reason for the cars not getting really clean or dry, but the fact that I have not been contacted until today does not work. Since I refueled there very often,…. let's just take another Aral tank. There are some on my way to work.

The lady didn't want to pay me because I forgot my mask. but read pay at the night counter she didn't read me either but how should i pay then? Or rather steal? 🤨 LG Date 9.10.2020 and 11 a.m.

Staff were not ready to give me and my children ice cream at the night counter. Because of Corona. But if I had entered the shop, you would have picked up the ice and scanned it. But no handover by the switch without contact? Somebody wanted to be important.

I went to Aral with friends at 10:50 p.m. and didn't get any alcohol and the worker was very rude
