Our cleaning lady told me that the mop was broken after one use. No response from customer service, returns are not possible. Never again!

I bought cleaning equipment here and I am extremely satisfied with the quality and function of the goods. The ordering process was easy. The information regarding the corresponding partial deliveries was also excellent, here the customer is very well informed. Particularly noteworthy is the variety of products on offer as well as attention to the small but no less important things. Everything perfect - clear recommendation.

Unfortunately, the telescopic rod broke unrepairable after a short period of use. The plastic connections cannot withstand their own weight. My complaint will not be dealt with and the guarantee will not be granted. The company probably spends more time writing good reviews here. You are welcome to meet your obligations, then I will adjust the run here. 11/24/20 Nobody answers anymore. Again something bought through a small shop without guarantee or exchange. Ordered from large shoos or directly in China. So you avoid a lot of anger and frustration. Unfortunately I have to dispose of the article now.
