I would love to give 0 stars and even that would be too nice. The first time in years ... and exactly the same an INCREDIBLY rude customer service ... if you can even call it that! Hope for improvement after 10 years ... in vain.

Not recommendable. We bought a children's shoe from the Richter brand for € 75. This showed increased wear after just 3 days. Unfortunately, we were unable to exchange them. The seller cleared us off with the statement that it was normal and that it probably came from the Bobby Car. Which is so wrong. Unfortunately, there was no response to a request to Klauser by email. I won't buy anything more here.

I called yesterday to ask if there were certain shoes in size X. This was answered in the affirmative. I asked the question 3 (!) Times because the employee seemed very uninterested in me. When we got there, of course, there was no shoe. I referred to the phone call and was told by a colleague that he misunderstood. The other colleague then referred us to Böhmer (partner business?) And that's where we got her. I give 2 stars for the nice saleswoman who made the effort and referred us to Böhmer.
