Unfortunately, 1 is "always" occupied by 3 cash registers and the 2nd is usually only opened when requested. Well too few staff, from whom everything is required. Cash register, clearing up goods, emptying empties machine, oven, etc. Sad, would have to not be. But profit is more in the foreground than people.
