The small shop itself is clean and tidy, but the staff and sellers are absolutely unfriendly, if not overbearing. You can tell that every question and every customer - no matter how friendly you are - is perceived as a nuisance. I also wished that some products I wished that the delivery time of some certain products would not be weeks or even months if they were no longer on the shelves. My recommendation: There is another drugstore towards the city center (Rathenauplatz). There you will find friendly staff and a wider range of goods.

Everything clean, tidy and clear. Unfortunately, there are employees (not all) who are very rude and clearly do not feel like working.

Unfortunately my 10% voucher for the Rossmann app was not accepted there today. The cashier tried to find a solution, but not her manager. In the end I was left with the comment "then your voucher is no longer valid". The voucher was of course valid, but the lady didn't want to take care of it. Better to go to Rossmann on Sulzbacher Strasse.

The market itself is neat and clean and not to be faulted. However, the customer friendliness of the staff is virtually non-existent. My question interrupted a saleswoman with a sharp "no" before she even knew what I wanted to ask. At the box office, the crown was put on, so one of two employees in front of my eyes a "cash register not busy sign" on and talked to the colleague sitting at the cash register, of course, completely deliberately ignoring me. Unfortunately, this market will no longer see me from the inside.
