So I rarely have to experience such an unfriendly employee. Rossmann offered a brochure with that ... The fact that you can implement it in the small branch is understandable, but if you ask for it, you get really badly adamant that they don't have it. I remained friendly and asked if she could tell me which branch has the offer in Nuremberg. Answer was again in a mega rude tone. "But she doesn't know that!" So that has never happened to me in the competition
Too small and cramped, with prams it is always tight and you have to constantly take care of the child, because the corridors are so narrow, the children can grasp things. However, staff is super nice.
Always satisfied
Photo calendar was only printed with 2 instead of 12 pictures. Was forwarded to the customer service department on the phone and yelled at by an extremely unfriendly lady. I had to fight for my money for the calendar. I cannot recommend it. Absolute waste of time !!!!
