When I was packing up at the cash register and I noticed that my child (3 years old) was no longer standing behind me because it had left, I panicked for the help of the younger employee who was standing next to the boss to see if I could go to the shop If my child was in it again, I got the answer: we are not responsible for your child, you have to watch it yourself and make sure that it does not go away, luckily I got from a friendly young couple who went with a pram towards the C&A by the way is the information that my child was there, which I then thanked and only said to this boss that I would briefly leave my things there to get my child.
Unfriendly staff I had redeemed vouchers for me instead of reimbursing the rest of the amount, the seller discussed with me that I would only get vouchers again, which is new to me because I constantly shop with such vouchers
