Nice large well-arranged shop. You can get through the aisles with a twin car. Very nice and courteous staff, as a mother with two children, help was immediately offered. Highly recommend this shop!

When my husband and daughter entered the shop, the saleswoman said to our daughter, oh how cute the dwarf is. Then I said to her that the little one was a girl and not a dwarf. She laughed totally outrageously and this time made fun of me and my husband. She can hardly speak German. I will complain personally to the boss and I will never go shopping there again.

Perhaps the most beautiful Rossmann I've been in so far. Everything is really well tidy and sorted. Every time I discover something new and of course I always buy more than planned ... A compliment to the nice team. Everyone here seems very relaxed and friendly. For example, I blocked a corridor with a pram and a thousand bags through which an employee with a huge roll thing was just passing through. She was really relaxed, although it took me forever to clear the way. Another Rossmann would be closer to me, but I still prefer to come here.
