We wanted an estimate for which a technician was sent to us. This checked what is to be done and went with the order to send us said KV. Since nobody reported for weeks, another company received the order. Months later fluttered then a bill for 65 euros in the house. Since no service was provided, we asked the company for what nobody could tell us. The promised recall did not happen. Because of these 65 Euro Stadelmann then went to court. If you are looking for serious help, you should urgently keep your hands off this company.
