Outregous!!!! Don't you ever rent a car with them, never!!! after 5 months they sent us a bill of 902 euros to pay for something we never did!!! and not mention we paid for the insurance!!!! You should be ashamed of yourself!!!!

I have seldom been treated so unkindly. Wanted to rent a car for my wife for 35 days and pay with my card. When picking up, we were told in a very condescending way that this is only possible if you are registered as the 2nd driver, which of course costs € 50 more. Normally I would probably have paid if the person who served us had been just a little friendlier to us. We should all treat each other with respect. We canceled the car and booked it with Buchbinder.
