This is my first Google review ever, but I like to take my time. Booked the appointment online, got 3 reminders a day, and what is more crucial, invited additional external people to the appointment. Now imagine the situation: You are in an important appointment, which involves a lot of money, is waiting for the expert from Bossmann GmbH, who is late, calls him, and nobody in the company wants anything from the appointment knowledge. Such behavior can sometimes fail to buy a property. Reliability = 0. Damage = "inf". I have rarely had such an embarrassing situation in my life, apart from financial damage (the approval period for the property was therefore exceeded). I would like to leave no star here !!! A company that acts as a franchisee for the time being very very serious. See on the website! I would like to renovate my apartment. Because of the great pictures the company has done, I thought "are you just making an appointment ..." ... said and done! From the branch in Ingolstadt Mrs. Birner came to me in June. My apartment will be completely refurbished at the end of October in the beginning of November. She advised me from A to Z, was very competent and had good ideas. Then it started ... The offer came only after 2 months in mid-August! After my review of the offer, I wanted to make an appointment for the final conversation and to sign the agreed goals! However, Mrs. Birner was sinking in the ground! After a lot of mails, WhatsApp messages, phone calls and the head office, I was told that the lady is on vacation and only comes on 09.09. On 10.09. If she wanted to make an appointment for the offer by SMS, however, Ms Birner said that the refurbishment would not work for the year 2019 and that we could postpone the offer to next year. I was very outraged because I have already chosen my tiles the bathroom my furniture, etc. everything and my custom-made kitchen already ordered! Now I stand there, even though I had arranged everything with her in June! But money seems to be reigning here. With me she would have got for a 70m ² apartment only 70 thousand euros. And with her words "... suddenly after my vacation came big projects, which have now been brought forward" ... clearly that brings more fee for the lady! Empty promises! Let customers just stand in the cold even though everything has been planned and discussed !!!! Keep your hands off these hypocritical cheaters!

Mr. Fuchs, be glad that no one has contacted you anymore. If you had hired this company: you would have caused a lot of trouble and enormous financial damage. Services are promised here that are not kept. Don't let the glossy sides fool you. So again: Thank God that you have been spared the trouble I had and which could easily fill an entire book.

I cannot recommend it. Wanted an appointment for a bathroom and toilet renovation. Called 4 weeks ago, waited a week - no call back. Called again, waited a week - no call back. For me it is a very bad way of doing business. I have now hired another, especially reliable company.
