The hard drive of our Loewe TV was defective. With the successor to the seller in Fürth, we experienced a total bankruptcy. He just stopped answering after dropping the new hard drive on the floor while attempting to replace it. I contacted the Heckl company by phone. Within a short time a new hard disk was procured, an appointment was made, and the hard disk was installed by two nice employees. Mr. Heckl then asked us whether we were satisfied. We find top performance !!

We had problems with our 15-year-old washing machine that wasn't bought from EP Heckl. We received extremely competent advice over the phone and got a repair appointment very quickly. The two fitters came with an exemplary face mask and then explained to us exactly what they had done. The bill turned out exactly as discussed. A top company, reliable, transparent and customer-friendly! They helped us even after the repairs, because the machine, due to the old building, does not have an ideal location on the wooden floor and gave us excellent advice free of charge. Should we ever have problems with a household appliance, we will definitely contact EP Heckl!

I would like to give 10 out of 5 stars. My washing machine died of old age after almost 25 years. I quickly needed a new one that had to be built into my fitted kitchen. I made a conscious decision to go into an owner-managed business and was not disappointed. Instead of comparing prices and services in various electrical and hardware stores, I simply told Mr. Heckl what I would like to spend and how it should be installed in my kitchen. I received an offer on the same day that I liked. Mr. Heckl checked the delivery deadline and informed me that the machine advertised in the offer will not be available until the end of September. It was nice that he immediately offered an alternative for the same price. I've had a new machine for a week now and have been on it for almost zero hours. Didn't have to walk through dozens of stores and I'm very satisfied. The delivery and installation took place within a week. It doesn't get any faster than that. The invoice corresponded to the offer. And to be completely honest: Regardless of 100 euros, I don't want to get my feet sore and also have to dispose of the old device. In addition, I had nothing to do with the packaging, which was disposed of by the team at the same time. Who gets a new washing machine installed within a week when they turn to the "big guys in the industry"? A tiny downer and thus a small suggestion for improvement :: the nice men who do the installation should have a set of sealing rings in the car. When installing my new machine and connecting it to my siffon, a sealing ring, which was already quite porous, finally broke. It would have been great if the guys had a replacement in the car. Well, the woman is herself, I bought it and installed it myself. That would be my only suggestion for improvement. Otherwise I can only say: Great, keep it up !! With me one or the other device will probably go into the eternal hunting grounds in the next few years and I will definitely turn to Mr. Heckl again with confidence. Super!! All thumbs up !! Also for your nice employees!
