Fastest and best customer service I've experienced online so far !!! If I had a problem with a Dell laptop that I bought there, there was a solution at very short notice and everyone involved was friendly, competent and solution-oriented. I can more than recommend it, actually it should be 10 stars. Product of course also in top and in great condition. Why buy new when you can buy here?

Very good service! After the first delivery of a device where a button did not work, it was no problem to return it and get an alternative that is fully functional. Questions by email were answered quickly and reliably.
