The pharmacy is okay. It's just not very personal (more like in the supermarket) - but that's OK. Parking is always a bit problematic in the city center, but that applies to all shops. So far, all drugs have always been in stock 👍

On February 13th at around 09.30am in the morning, urgently needed Ambroxol was ordered from the "Solinger Pillenexpress" and paid directly via PayPal. I couldn't go to the pharmacy myself because I was sick with my sick 4-year-old son at home. When nothing happened all day, I called the Alexander Apotheke (operator Pillenexpress) at 4.30pm. Short version: At 6 p.m. the messenger leaves and brings the medication past. Waited in vain until 9 p.m. Nothing. On February 14th Called again at 8.50 a.m .: short greeting, slight disorientation, unsuccessful attempt to find my order (what did you order?), music on hold ... Acknowledgment: a part was missing, so the delivery did not take place yesterday and the messenger starts delivering from 2 p.m. I have canceled the order and can now take care to see whether the repayment (shopping cart value ~ 50 €) is coming. The idea of the pill express is good, but it does not help if such shortcomings in terms of communication, processing and delivery make the express a pill screw. Shoemaker stay with your lasts, or village pharmacy remains village pharmacy. In terms of e-commerce, you seem to be just as far here as all other conventional pharmacies - only the promises are full-bodied. Conclusion: never again pill express.

Today, my daughter (4 years) and I were in the Alexander pharmacy to redeem a prescription. The small one needed urgently to toilet. I asked if you can use the toilet. The employees went to the back room to their colleague and asked for the conversation takes a minute (pants were already wet) .Man told me that would not work. Sorry, there are 6 women who probably have children themselves, and were also children themselves! A child of 4 years will not be allowed to go to the toilet, that's a joke !! This has never happened to me that you will not be left on the toilet! But THANKS to the photo studio next to the then we were allowed to use the toilet. Fremdschämen, Ugh !!
