Very unfriendly staff, offers are not deducted reasonably at the checkout. Was there today and had activated a coupon in my Rossmann app, where the staff was unfortunately not able to implement this properly or there was a long back and forth but unfortunately I could not save with my coupon and only got the money back because I didn't want the thing anymore without the discount.
The staff is very unprofessional and apparently dissatisfied: very unfriendly towards the customers. B. by a rough tone and no smile or evil looks. If you stand in their way they prefer to run almost to rather than to say something briefly ... So they give the impression that you are undesirable, so that you want to quickly disappear even though the shop itself and the range are good.
I can only agree with the other reviews. I have never seen the employees friendly. You don't even dare to ask anything.
The other day I was downright puffed at the cash register because I didn't pull out my smartphone fast enough (with the discount coupons).
In addition, they are VERY indiscreetly checked in and under the stroller to see if you have let go of anything, so that you feel like a criminal.
When deliveries arrive, the entire shop is packed with cardboard boxes all day long, so you can barely get to the goods.
I'm happy about the new Rossmann in the city center. Here the employees are always friendly and seem to enjoy doing their job. There is also more space here.
