Fashion Outlet Marl

If there are not some good shops, I see black for the "Fashion Outlet Marl". Nothing was going on there today. There were maybe 30 people on the level and in the shops. I have never seen a customer in many shops until now. How are they supposed to hold up without sales? I am curious.

After the renovation of the Marler Stern, it has become a bit more modern. For my taste there are still few outlet stores. But definitely upside potential!

Where a year or two ago you could find rows of closed or empty shops, you can now find new, newly renovated shops. I am pleased that the Marl Star is finally looking revitalized. It's definitely worth stopping by and checking out the shops. You will always find something.

Unfortunately, I can only rate the Puma store, and I thought it was pretty good. But I wouldn't call the Marler Stern an outlet center, at least not yet. They try hard to create something beautiful new from a dusty backdrop. That's why I think you should give them the time to occupy their rooms adequately.
