After ordering online, I received a very friendly phone call to confirm the order and clarify the delivery options. It added a nice personal touch. Everything went smoothly, delivery was perfect on time. If I could give one small remark, a confirmation email for online orders would be useful, especially when ordering during the weekend. Maybe I did not get it cause I forgot to create an account.
