Ordered online at 10 p.m., nothing was delivered! But the main thing is to get the money through PayPal! Tried to contact by phone, nobody answered. Then also specify 3 different opening times: at Google 11pm, at Lieferando 10:30 PM and at pizzaboy.de 10:45 PM, and that as a long-term customer, just sad! It was definitely the last time! Never again!

I always enjoyed ordering pizza here, but usually picked it up directly. Today we wanted to use the delivery service and ordered 3 pizzas by phone. We were given a delivery time of 45 minutes. After 1.5 hours the pizzas were still not there and we asked by phone. They said the pizzas were still there and it would take another half an hour. When the supplier finally came after more than 2 hours (!), We wanted to accept the pizzas, but of the € 24 we only paid € 15 due to the disproportionate delivery time. The supplier did not reach his boss and the result was that he drove away with our pizzas and we had to take care of food elsewhere. It's a shame ... you've definitely lost long-term customers.

Pizza orders countless times at Pizzaboy in Solingen. Pizzaboy Solingen is aware of personal data such as telephone number or email address. Contact was possible at any time. The last pizzas ordered were missing ingredients or toppings. When I called for a consultation, this company introduced itself with "Pizzaboy". After my complaint, Mr Pizzaboy looked at the order in the system and replied clumsily: "The ingredients have run out". However, the full price was paid and there was no communicated information prior to delivery, e.g. by phone call that ingredients are not available, or an apology or compensation from Pizzaboy Solingen.
