Delivery and french fries were good, but for a shop called Burger-Haus, the burger was a very sad affair: made and assembled from finished products, dry, tasteless and carelessly. Since I see a lot of positive reviews here, it could of course be an unfortunate individual case. I won't be ordering a burger here in the near future. But if things hold up, there will be a second chance at some point 😉
The positive: The delivery service was quick and friendly. The food was so, well. The fries were mushy, the schnitzel had a wide edge that was just overcooked and the middle was very soft.
The burger seemed carelessly thrown together.
The first times were great, the burgers are delicious and the delivery service is also very friendly.
The last 2 times the delivery time for 2 burgers was about 50 minutes and then it arrived cold. Very disappointing. A little more fries with the burgers instead of just a handful would also be appropriate. Please improve yourself, you could order the best burgers so far!
Food was delicious and you get full! Delivery service was very punctual and very friendly. Has observed the Corona rules.
Just great to be able to order food after midnight. And then the pizza arrives warm. And even tasty ... I'm surprised and would order again and again. Supplier was also very nice.
