Ordered by phone - three pizzas and a salad. So far so good. My order explicitly includes the request "double cheese and double garlic" for my Napoli. Unfortunately, these wishes were not followed. Telephone inquiries only revealed that one was probably stressed because there was a lot to do. It would therefore be unfair to complain that everything will be fine next time, that that could happen. Yes, dear Pepe team, something like this can certainly happen. But then you should offer remedial action quickly and easily. Either the colleague quickly brings a pot of garlic or you bring a new, warm pizza to the customer that meets the customer's wishes. Unfortunately, this did not happen, I was allowed to eat my pizza after my guests because I first had to take care of the garlic. So you were done by the time I could start, my pizza was almost cold now. Sorry, pizza without garlic and a lot of cheese is not for me, so ordered accordingly. Summary: Small mistake but big effect. And discussions on the phone don't work at all. Solutions are needed. I am sorry, but I will not order here again. My guests weren't amused either, but that won't interest the entrepreneur. Just as much as the wishes I have expressed and the immediate attempt on my part to find a quick solution over the phone ...
