Due to work, I was only there at 5.30 p.m. It says on the Internet that the practice is open until 6 p.m. I came due to an emergency (right knee) and first had to inquire about the floors. In the elevator it says that the practice is on the 2nd floor, but there is no information about the practice at the door ("entrance"). So you first need the courage to ring the door that is not labeled. Curiously, the door is opened and it is said that the practice will close at 5.30 p.m. Thank you for the wrong information on the Internet and the unnecessary journey. I can't comment on the doctors or the treatment, as I have no experience.

Miss Dr. Amen is a very personable and competent doctor who has looked after me well for several years. Unfortunately, she left the practice in Solingen. I have Mrs. Dr. Amen but found in Düsseldorf Rath, in a group practice with Dr. Titmice. I was very happy, even if I have to drive a little further, I am happy to accept that.

I cannot understand many of the reviews. In view of the shortage of specialists, I don't think you can expect to get an appointment within a week. You have to accept the emergency hour if you need something right away. It is remarkable that you rarely have to wait over an hour. I know it differently from other doctors. And as soon as you are a patient, you always get an early appointment. Many of the 1-star reviews are simply based on the fact that, firstly, people consider themselves too important and secondly do not understand that doctors and medical assistants are sometimes stressed out in full practices, is completely understandable. It's just people too. One less star because the availability by phone is not always the best.

I went to the practice with a tennis elbow. Nice staff and both doctors good and authentic conversations. Always easy to reach by phone, the appointments were always offered promptly.
