There is no one better in Solingen and the surrounding area than the P + Team. Regardless of the niggles I have, no matter if a muscle is tense or if I've pulled or dislocated something, Sebastian and his team always get it under control. Of course it is exhausting here and there, but then one or the other massage also makes up for it. For us, P + is absolutely the best physiotherapy!

For me one of the most competent physiotherapists and athletes in the region, no matter what ailments I come to him with, he always has a solution. Technically and personally very much ahead, I won't let Sebastian Toskaj come up with anything! Where others don't help or don't know, he begins to work at full speed to get healthy or at least to alleviate the symptoms if there is no cure. True to the motto an operation should always be the very last resort if nothing works! Thank you for people like you Basti!

I got a massage voucher from my friend for Christmas, because I complained all the time about his massages then had an appointment on the 23rd of January and afterwards I felt really relaxed all the tensions were kneaded out, I'll go back next week. After a long office week, a relaxing massage is simply worth the money, team is extremely nice and professional the service is great, especially Mr. Toskaj takes his time and also gave me tips on how to improve my training. The signage at the entrance to the area is a bit confusing because there are no signs, but that should be remedied. Altogether more than 5 stars worth! Thumbs up!

I have suffered a knee injury in handball in September 2017 instead of going directly to the doctor, I did not do anything until it got better. And I still got pain at work. I'm looking forward to more than a year from doctor to physio to the doctor to the physio etc. worth mentioning improvement? Wrong! Instead of helping, new hedgehog treatments have been spotted. An acquaintance recommended Mr. Toskaj's practice to me. I'm in treatment since november and super happy! Can only be recommended the team understands his craft and explains everything super understandable
