I experienced great and effective treatments there! First of all, that is the most important thing! Very competent therapists were able to relieve the symptoms! 👍🏼Furthermore, the friendly team and a pleasant atmosphere in the practice rounds off the whole thing. I feel very well cared for there and welcome!

Unfortunately not satisfied I was there for an osteopathic treatment of the back. 1. Positive: friendly, quick to make appointments 2. Negative: I received further help after three treatments (200, - Euro) 0.0. Unfortunately, at the first interview I was told that it would probably take 1-3 treatments for me to notice an improvement, that shouldn't have happened, as I was expecting this to happen. After each treatment, I had stated that the treatment measures did not produce any improvement and that I was not satisfied with the type of treatment (according to subjective perception, not osteopathic, but physiotherapeutic treatment), but unfortunately this was not really addressed. The last bill was not sent to me at first, or it took a long time, so I thought that out of goodwill or because of my manifestation of my displeasure, I would not be billed. Unfortunately, this was not the case and after repeated complaints or mediation of my concerns, I was asked to make a payment, stating that no "healing promises" were made, but I had a different experience. Unfortunately, I personally cannot recommend the practical experience.

Was in the practice for the first time today and was very satisfied. I think the premises (reception and treatment room) are modern and friendly. The staff and Mrs. Cleef were very nice and friendly. I found the treatment very good. We talked extensively about my complaints and discussed them afterwards during the treatment. Can notice a slight improvement 2 hours after the treatment. I will come again and can only recommend the practice.

We were there with our infant. Friendly reception, quick appointments However, too promising - 1 hour. Treatment was agreed, of which 45 minutes of questions were asked, notes were made and 15 minutes of treatment and we paid almost 100 euros for this, our son was still in pain. Then we were told that several appointments were necessary. Visited another specialist today - 1 treatment was enough there.

I will no longer visit this practice after 10 treatments and a billing that consists entirely of maximum rates and unfortunately I cannot recommend this practice to others. As eligible for subsidy and privately insured, I presented myself there at the beginning of the treatment and pointed out that it is important to me that the bill for the treatment is fully reimbursed to me. I was assured that this would not be a problem and that the bill would be drawn up accordingly. So I got involved in 10 treatments instead of the first 5, as initially thought, to see whether the aid might cause problems due to higher rates. That was probably a mistake. When I only received part of the bill for the aid and called the practice I was told that the bill was now drawn up and that it could not be changed. I was advised that private insurance would certainly reimburse me for the difference. Only to be billed with maximum rates and also to refer to the supplementary tariff of the private health insurance, I find quite outrageous in view of what was previously agreed. In addition, such a supplementary tariff to the private health insurance has to be booked. If you have a supplementary tariff, this does not mean that you will be fully reimbursed the difference. I was quite annoyed when I submitted such a supplementary tariff and the difference to the PKV and only got part of it back. I can now pay the rest of the costs myself. Fortunately, I haven't experienced anything like this with other therapists (including private practices). The treatment itself was okay, but not effective in the long term. I think it was more the intention there to become a permanent patient. In the meantime I have found another therapist who was able to remove some blockages completely and over the long term and who settled fairly. It's a shame that the road to good therapy is sometimes so rocky.
